By using Bizuel’s services, you agree to the following terms. Bizuel operates on a monthly subscription model that includes one 8-hour content shoot per month, post-production editing, basic social media scheduling, and a monthly performance report. Clients must schedule their content days in advance and provide at least five business days’ notice for any changes. Missed or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that month’s shoot.

 

Content is delivered within 7–10 business days after the shoot. Clients are expected to provide timely feedback to ensure a smooth workflow. We will only publish content once it is approved by you. Bizuel handles scheduling posts to your platforms, but you remain responsible for engaging with your audience unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle and can be made via credit card, debit card, Interac e-transfer, or bank transfer. We do not offer refunds for services already rendered or missed content days. Final edited content belongs to the client upon full payment, though we may use select materials for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

 

While we strive to deliver high-quality, effective content, we do not guarantee specific results such as increased revenue, engagement, or reach. Bizuel is not liable for false claims made by clients, social platform outages, or losses resulting from delays or misinformation. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any claims or promotional messages in the content are accurate and legally compliant.
